Default profec b ll with uberdata

hey everyone I am alittle new to turbos an was wondering if I can use my profec with uberdata. I have already been buying parts for my kit. I have a fmu, timer, and profec but I heard I dont really need the fmu if I am boosting more than 9 psi. I dont know if that is correct or not. does uberdata replace the need for a boost controller or is the boost controller different. Thanks for any info

Whoa! You are a bit confused. Uberdata is an engine management program that will control your spark and fuel. THe FMU would not be needed if you use Uberdata. However you will need larger injectors. THe Profec B boost controller is a seperate unit and plays by itself. It will not have a problem with UD. I know because I run both.

Haha indeed. I've read alot on H-T about the E-manage and they all state it's similar to running the hack.
