problem with xenocron chipped pm6?

ok i ordered a chipped pm6 from xenocron that comes with 2 basemaps.
one basemap is for my 14b-setup and the other is for my current n/a set-up sorta of a reflash type program.
anyway i took out my stock pm6 and put in my chipped one and it wouldnt start for ----. so i leave it on the on setting and i go over the engine bay and i hear hsssing under the intake manifold so im like wtf?

i put my stock pm6 back in and it starts up fine no problem no hsssing

wtf is going on its either a bad chip or bad ecu any suggestions?

Hissing as in fuel pump priming?

Go try again, disconnect your negative battery terminal, switch ecu's (make sure youre running the N/a map, the boosted one prob wont run), connect the battery and should be good to go

KNOWBODY has a problem with Chris' ecu's

Why not email Chris at Xenocron and ask him insted of making a post about it. It sounds like the IAC valve.

Well when I need help with a product That I bought from a company. I usaully will call the business and politely and patiently explane my problem and ask for troubleshooting advice. Then 99% of the time the company will help me fix the problem by correcting some thing you did wrong ""LIKE PUTTING THE EPROM IN BACKWARDS"" or they replace the defective part that I ordered from them.

I don't start a bitching thread on a public forum thry to slander someones business. Find something to make a rope with. If you don't know what to do next. Call a suicide hotline and ask them what the guy that called before you did.

im not trying to ---- up his business i already pm'd him already about this matter but i thought maybe can shine some light on this while im waiting. believe me i already tried it the way homeboy mentioned. the turbo basemap is in this baggie i got from them the n/a basemap is in the ecu. my stock pm6 doesnt cause any hsssing or start up issues. man i no how badass chris is im not trying to soil his name. so back off

Every ECU is tested before it leaves out the door.

#1 are you getting any check engine lights?

if yes, what are they?

#2 yes bad chip burns can happen, but its not that common and this is specifically why i include TWO basemaps with every ECU where others include one or none.

Start with the easy stuff. I have replied to your PM.
