Default Problem with burning chip

I just burned a chip for my ecu. But after the burning proccess, why does it say "Error at 0x000000 Chip=0xFF Buffer=0x7E"? Is there something wrong that I did or did I miss something?

I'm used uberdata and burned it with a Willem Dual Power Eprom Programmer on SST27SF512 chip.

You need to set the hex offset to 8000 and set the jumpers properly as shown here.

i never got those chips to work with my willem, search for projekteg's or xeno's write up
