Default Possible to run uber off of an IPAQ?

What does Uber require for it to work? Like how fast of a PC and how much memory? I'm picking up a IPAQ 3760 and just curious if I could get it to work off of that and then I wouldn't need a laptop if I want to adj things in the garage without having to go inside the house. I could just hook up my Willems to that and go from there? If not then it's no biggie. Any other suggestions of what I could use with this thing? It plays MP3 and is basically a pocket PC. It's got a whole screaming 206mhz with 64mb internal memory and and runs off windows mobile.

It would probably be a bitch to use on that small screen. I hate working in uber in any resolution less than 1024 x 768...
