I would double check ALL of your wiring. I remember the diagram being a little backwards from how the ecu is actually in the car...

 

triple checked all the wiring and still nothing... its really pissin me off cause i have no clue what to do, EVERYTHING is hooked up right i know it, i bought the car from a guy when it was working, and since i got it, its not, and he says he didnt do anything to it
