just need an obd0 vafc wiring diagram i'm sure theres 100 of them out there, just having a hard time finding one....thanks for the help guys....

 

what the actual vafc wires are supposed to hook up to....its a pg7 ecu, d16y8 obd0 ...thanks for any help.....

 

thanks jago....but why doesnt it list the wire colors from the ecu? are they the same color as from the afc

 

im a little confused about some of the wiring....can anyone confirm my locations for obd0 vafc install, i've got....
A15 IG power
A16 ecu ground
C7 tps signal ( for throttle signal)
B15 ignitor wire ( for rpm signal)
and since this is an obd-0 non vtec ecu...pg7, the only vtec wire i need to worry about is the vtec signal output going to the solenoid correct?
last thing, i thought the vafc had to hook into the map sensor some how to be able to control fuel changes...is that what the blue wire vtm signal is? if not then how the hell does the vafc make changes for fuel corrction if it has no tie in with the injectors or the map sensor

 

Check out the "Engine Management FAQ" thread at the top of this forum by TurboEF9...he's got the wiring listed for pm6 and pg7 ecu's.

Sorry...I forgot to address these as well...the 2 wires for pressure (white and yellow according to jago's diagram) are what gets tied in to the map sensor. You cut the map sensor wire in half and hook those two wires up as the diagram shows. Vtm signal you don't need to worry about...cap the blue wire.
