which pm6 to get?

Is a PM6-A09 the one that can be socketed and chipped?

I can't remember the part numbers...

If the date on it is later than August of 89, it should be external EEPROM (though there have been reports of a few taht weren't).

All else fails, get a picture of the board, and in the lower right corner (ECU plugs on the left side) second chip from the bototm will be a 28pin EEPROM.

heres the PM6 I picked up today... from a 91 CRX Si. hope to have it chipped tommorow and be running TE n/a for the next few weeks until the boost is back
