you will need a honda datalogging cable (Moates and Xeno got them). Hooked up to the ECU. The connector is usually installed on the ECU when it gets chipped. It will be on the left of the chip, in the chipping area.
Install moates.net USB drivers and set com ports correct in freelog
Don't forget to have datalogging enabled in Crome and J12 cut on the ECU if using freelog.

j12 is a resistor.
Your ecu originally is half duplex for serial connection, which works fine for Uberdata. For freelog and Crome Pro you need full duplex which is obtained by cutting the J12 resistor. It also runs at 38400 baud after it gets cut.

okay so i am using the grey (narrow band output) to replace the stock o2. I pined the grey wire to d14 (obd1) but the moment I start the car it is very rough and i get check light what the hell did I do wrong.

The moment you start the car until it hits 167+ degrees coolant temperature the ECU completely ignores the O2 sensor.
How about you check the code and tell us what else you've done to the vehicle?
