PLEASE help my poor d15 ass

alright, I have a 91 CRX with a d15, with an intake and k&n filter, and a straight pipe going from head to halfway back (no cat or muffler, pipe half length, she's loud) This thing has less restriction than I can Imagine, but its running a little lean now. Ever since I did that, if I run it, turn it off for a minute, and then try to turn it back on it wont start for a minute or two(which sucks for a pizza guy). It'll just sit there and crank like crazy. The starter and battery were both tested and they are fine. I dont want to spend the $ on an AFC, but my buddy told me that if I disconect the oil temp sensor, it'll run a little richer. Is that trueand if so, where's that sensor. If not, what can I do?

oil temp has no affect on a/f ratio's. ignition timing and fuel pressure also affect it.

sounds like a coolant sensor, that would make it richer ,thinking the cars cold and give a bit of extra fuel .

i've had two different things cause that. one was the main relay needed some connections resoldered, the other was the cap and rotor was screwed up. the button that touches the coil was burned off.
