Passing emissions ((now with BBA))

i just realized two days ago my inspection sticker and reg are expired ....
last time i went to take the inspection i passed by 1 point on the NOX or was it HC...can't remember.

i have a 95 witch gets to go on a dyno(only time ever on one)
Need advice on passing it this time as its my dd.
so i plan on putting the cat back. taking the WB out and put the rear o2 sensor on.
last time i turned all my safc settings down because i was worried about HC being to high, i bet it helped.
i took out my pcv and routed it to ground will putting it back on intake mani help or ??? will the blow-by running back in to
the intake help.? WB shows with no to little load the air/fuel ratio is perfect. do i have anything to worry about? last time
they didn't look under the hood or anything , i don't know if its a texas thing or what? :6

Re: Passing emissions ((now with BBA))

Well the last time I went to inspect my car, in April, they looked under my hood, pointed out that I didn't have any PCV. They just checked the emissions, I passed, and they gave me a sticker. The EGR is stuck open too, but I guess that'd just make the emissions better.. Either way, I passed easily.
