Short history,
Blew my d15b7 motor and swapped in a d15b vtec and swapped to manual at same time , using the same p06 ecu the non vtec was using. Motor runs fine and i though there was no problems. with plans on installing a turbo i searched the boards and bought a zeitronix wide band and chipped the p06 with uber data. After first run i was getting 10.1-11.1 across the board at WOT, idle and light throttle was 11.1-12.1, (guess this is why i'm getting 225 miles to a tank highway ::) ) Anyways i downloaded a bunch of bins and searhed uber/hmt forums and attempted to hand tune a stock p06 baseline for this vtec motor while trying to getting 12.5 at wot and 13-14 at light load. With the below bin the motor responds a crap load better than the stock baseline. Before the change i could reach a faster speed in 5th than i could in 4th so i knew something in the high end was sufferin. My top speed went from 104 to 114+ ( open road no traffic no one hurt 8) ) I don't have dyno money at the moment and really don't want to dyno until the turbo is installed with the 450cc's i got sittin here. I just want to make sure the timming changes i made are correct because i don't fully understand them that well and that the fuel curves look normal for a stock d15b setup. http://support.digiportmiami.com/han...nd_timming.BIN |

Im way to lazy to DL and figure out which version will display the maps correctly. How about a screen shot of the Hi & Low cam Ign tables? ;)
IMHO, aside from running 40* (or -6* for that matter) of timing WOT, theres pretty much no way you can hurt a stockish NA engine with IGN timing alone. Having fixed your part-throttle 11-12's a/f, is probably the most beneficial thing you could have done for your engine. |

sorry if this is off topic, but what program is that? my ecu is setup for datalogging but i dunno if i have to have some sort of software for my laptop or not..??

Is your P06 converted to run VTEC? Low cam sucks!
