OBD2 Fuel Tuning

Well i just thought id run this past you guys and see if anyone had any input on weather this would work or not. Im currently in the process of refreshing another motor for my 03 hyundai elantra which happens to have the same engine as the hyundai tiburon. I was planning on running an s-afc with a set of larger injectors and a 255 pump and just unplugging the stock 02 sensors and tuning via wideband and watching the knock sensor readings. Anyone seem to think ill have any issues with the tune floating around???

Obviously ill have a check engine light if i do this, but when it comes time for emissions i can just plug the stock 02 sensor back in and swap stock injectors back in a unbolt the test pipe and put the cat back into the system and voila ;D

btw, the car is factory fitted with a map sensor...... im not sure if this will cause major issues idle and driveability wise if i decided to go from stock 190cc injectors to say 550 or 720cc injectors.....
