Default obd1engine with obd0 ecu

Ok so I know this sounds retarded but I am building a mini me swap using a d15b7 cx motor an a z6 head. I dont have the cash right now to get an obd1 conversion harness. I have a 90si ecu that I am running right now, So can I use my si ecu an get it chipped for turbo edit an use something else to engage my vtec? Thanks for any info!!

You can use your PM6 to engage VTEC with TurboEDIT.

Use your A/C output and relay... if you didn't have A/C use the pin, and add a 30amp relay, wa-la. VTEC.

Hehehe.. ya.. you don't need a turbo to run turboedit. :P

I am starting to think that is a common misconception.

Yea actually I downloaded turboedit last night an I have been reading an playing around with it ever since. I think all I had to do was download it to get the question about running a turbo. I think everyone should atleast download it an look at it cause that would probably bring down some of the questions about it
