The RLZ turbo car is big bore B16 crank, runs 12K revlimit and makes power up there.

In the 500+ whp range, with real man-sized compressors, DOHC VTECs like 9500-10500 rpm, but they start turning into expensive engines that break a lot and require a kicking every so often to get them going.

If you aren't trailering your car, or only driving it to money streetraces, having a car that revs past 9000 is a useless maintainence -----. A car like that is meant to be a Legend, and to properly hype it you need to make sure you have an audience and no less than three camcorders rolling. Seriously. If you don't have a bunch of video footage and several hundred people patting you on the back, by the time the engine has blown to flinders you'll have a bitter taste in your mouth if you aren't getting the ego sucked by everyone around you.
