obd1 / obd0 > Oxygen Sensor

Guysss ....

ill be going from Daul point to MPFI (multi point)

with this ill also be going from obd0 > obd1.

I have nearly all the parts I need.

list of parts I have aquired.

intake mani
obd1 injectors
obd1 dizzy
obd0> obd1 ecu conversion harness
obd1 ecu.

and some other bits.

My question is ...

THe Oxygen Sensor will that need to be changed ?
does that differ from the one already installed ?

I know this information is for b series motor

but how does that effect my d series.
will i need to change the oxgen sensor ?

Re:obd1 / obd0 > Oxygen Sensor

The only thing I did fo my flat-rate OBD0 -> OBD1 conversion was New distributor w/ OBD0 plugs, and an OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness.

I changed nothing else. This includes keeping the "OBD0" single wire O2, and the OBD0 injectors with the resistor box.

You combat the O2 sensor issue by just disabling the O2 heater in the ECU code. Any decent ROM editor will have that as an option.

Injectors are not OBD specific...they are either Peak 'n Hold or Saturated.

PnH need resistor box.
Saturated do not.
