Default obd1 -> obd0 ???

Here is the story: My buddy just got a b18a out of a 91 integra, trans, axles, and pr4 included. He plans on swapping it into his 93 dx hatch! What can we do to get this car changed into obd0. We did some research and found out that we should use the obd1 engine wiring harness, and wire in the obd0 pr4 connectors in place of the obd1 connectors at the ecu following the pinouts. The problem, how do we wire in the injector resistor box, and it also appears that the obd1 injector pins do not wanna fit into the b18 ones. So far it looks like thoes are the only problems. Any help or links to sites would be appreciated!
