OBD0-OBDI timing question.
 

Ok I have my D16A6 in my CRX converted to OBDI. Bought the harness and distro plugs from Chris. Car fired right up and ran well. I have an issue though,Base timing on my A6 is stated at 18 BTDC. In Uberdata the P06 basemap timing is set at 16.5 BTDC. So I set my base timing with my timing light at 18 BTDC. But in my Uberdata map its base is still 16.5. So my question is. Do I set my actual base timing at the distro to 16.5 BTDC, which will kill the little low end I have now, or do I adjust the base timing cell in Uberdata to read 18 BTDC and add 1.5 degrees to the map? I think doing the latter will give way too much timing. So If I leave it where it is will computer adjust accordingly in boost like on a ratio thinking the timing is 16.5 BTDC? I want to go street tune it but I dont want to walk home. :-X

Now I have compared the maps a bit more. It seems my idle area compared to vaccum will put me at 18 BTDC on the Uber map I have. I guess Ill go drive it with my WB on it, then check the plugs.
