Default Obd0 to Obd1 Question.

If I convert my crx to obd1, what do I do about the injector resistor box?

Nothing. Conversion harness, distro plugs, ECU, distro and 4 wire O2 if you run one.

That's if you keep the stock obd0 injectors.
