obd0-obd1 question?
ok heres the story, while trying to distinguish what was what with this hatch thats obd1 and the shitty job someone did, we bought a jdmshit.com jumper harness, b4 the car was obd1 p28 running a crome map, well with the new lsvtec in it would run like ---- and through all kinds of codes, bought a new jumper harness and it wouldnt even start at all and on top of that, solid cel light, i pull the chip out and the dam thing will start, runs like complete ---- but starts, im guessing the chip is bad or maybe the zif isnt down good? what could cause the chip to go bad just sitting there?
