i dont believe anyone on HMT makes them. a few guys do on Honda-tech.

Make one yourself...
I did a flat rate OBD0 -> OBD1 conversion from scratch and finished in 2 hours and 17 minutes.
That included making the ECU harness, distributor harness, and getting donar parts from a California Accord ECU, chipping the P28, and installing it.
You can make the harness yourself. It's cake.Get female plugs from an old PM5 DPFI ECU (dime a dozen at the junkyard), and some OBD1 plugs with about 6" of wire, and you're set.
