OBD0 to OBD1 coversion, the car won't start.

OBD0 to OBD1 coversion, the car won't start.
I have a DOHC ZC engine in '90 CRX.
I made an ECU harness (using P28 ECU), made a distributor harness (using TD60U - H22 distributor) all by myslef. Let's say they both work. Now, the car won't strat. One reason for this is that there is no fuel. I am using stock injectors with a resistor box. Might this be the reason why there is no fuel? First i'd like to get rid of this problem. Has anyone any experiences, what might be the problem?
OBD0 ECU has a led that blinks when there is a failure. What about OBD1? If i'm not mistaken the check engine light should be blinking? What about when making OBD0-OBD1 on a '90 CRX, will check engine light blink too? Or how can i read the code?
Thanks for help

You need to ground a particular pin wire (cant remember off the top of my head which one it is at the moment) to get the CEL dash light to blink your particular code when using an OBD1 ECU with a conversion harness.

You'll have a solid CEL with OBD1 if there is anything to read... unless you jump the check connector, then it is solid CEL with no codes and blinks with codes.
88-89 has an underhood along driver's fender 2p connector for "checking timing" that you can jump to check codes.
90-91 has a 2p timing check plug by the pass kick panel, similar to most OBD1-2 vehicles.
Is it just no fire, or no fire and no fuel?

There is a spark, but no fuel - sparkplugs are dry. Do OBD0 injector with resistor box work on P28 OBD1 ECU? I tried with connected and disconnected resistor box, but no fuel.
What do you mean by "you can jump the connector"? Sorry, english isn't my native language

also i have done several OBD0-1 conversions, and i have never seen or done the above to check the codes i have always grounded D3 to the chassis to get the CEL to blink....

Any idea why i don't get fuel? With stock OBD0 injectors + resistor box you always got fuel after OBD1 conversion?

So you grounded D3 from OBD1 ECU?
