O2 sensor trouble

i have a 16g on my d16 obd1 i cant get the o2 sensor wired right, can you even wire a dsm o2 sensor to a honda? and i cant get the air/fuel guage to work? might be because of the sensor......any ideas?

use the honda o2sensor

yea never mind im welding an o2 sensor bunge into my downpipe, just gonna use a honda sensor
