O2 sensor disabled?

Had phearable.net burn me a basemap chip using chrome... and It used to be that my 02 would occasionally throw a cell (code 43), but now, with this new chip, it never throws cell, and also, I get much better gas mileage... I have not yet boosted it, but am running chip (for turbo application), 450cc injectors, and resistor box.

Im just wondering if they disabled my 02, and Im running solely off the basemap?

It's possible... I normally disable the O2 when I set up a basemap or am tuning for someone's setup the first time. I'd have to say contact Phearable about it and find out for sure. It kind of depends on what EM they used as well to set it up.

ok, it makes sense that they wouldn't want the o2 constantly trying to correct the fuel curve, and not let the basemap do its job.
