Default o2 issue with uber

I'm running uber with a pr4 on my 3rg gen lude. The ecu is throwing a code 2 which has something to do with the o2 but I can't locate specifics. 88-89 ludes have two single wire o2's and the 90-91's a 4-wire. Usually code 1 is for sensor a and code 2 for sensor b. I have the 4-wire. Supposedly codes 1 and 2 are both for o2 issues. Anyone know specifics? I also have a code 41 which is the o2 heating element. The element isn't disabled in uber though. I have tried two different o2's and no change. I'm pretty damn sure they are wired correctly. Bosch 4-wire o2's use a black wire for the signal power, gray for the ground, and two whites for the heating element.
What the hell is up with my crazy *** setup?
