not running right? miss with smc hack

ive had my civ turboed for about 2 years now at 9 psi..switched from an fmu to the smc/ dsm injector hack over the winter, at first it ran great, but now it just doesnt seem like it was. i have also been gettin a miss around 2-3k rpms and sometimes below 4..if i tune the smc differantly it seems to make it worse, ive also noticed that sometimes when it does miss, my af gauge will drop lean..i dont believe its anything engine wise..as it runs great(no/smoke/etc) ive changed the plugs, swapped complete distributators, i also pulled codes out of it for a cyl 1 and 3 miss, there was also some i believe 1300 code that did not have a desciption, i dont believe its the wires but i could be wrong, they are accels..usually when ive had wires go bad just 1 goes..im leaning on the SMC or injectors, ive also replaced the map and tp sensor..starting to wish i just had the fmu again easier to diag..any ideas? i remember when i first fired it up with the smc plus it missed bad around 2-3 with the wrong fuel setting( gotta be going lean)..sort of the same deal only i never touched the smc, ive also checked all wire connections, changed fpr

Probably your injectors, but what about the fuel filter?

i changed the filter about a year ago but i guess it could need it again, the plug gap i dont feel is it because it took a while to do it, and it still did it when i changed them ..is there any good way i can clean the injectors?
