Default Nokia 3285 Cable Question...

I found this cable. Its the Nokia 3285 USB cable. Is this the one that everyone seems to have a hard time finding (I found it in like 5 mins)? Is that the one that can be used to datalog on Uber?

you can order them from digikey but they're only a couple cents, so shipping and handling would be like 12 bucks for a 10 cent piece i have about 100, send me a money order for 4 dollars (3.85 is for priority shipping) and i'll send you 3 or 4 of them.

if you do that, be sure to write down your screen name and what the money is for, or else i'll just use it to buy my little girl a happy meal from wendy's with extra mandarin oranges

I hope to the hell you didn't buy that cable. It doesn't have a TTL convertor in it by the looks of it, so it will be useless for Uberdata datalogging.

I did get it. They charge 60 bucks normally but I only paid like 20.

So it will work or not? How can I tell when I get it here?

oh? well I guess it does then. It doesn't look like it has the little board to convert the signals from the ecu.

A surface mount max233/ds275/PL-2303 will fit inside the end of that cable with no problem. I bet once you take it apart, you'll see it.
