No TurboEdit for pr3?

ok next round of questions 
my pr3 activates vtec at 4800. but the maps rpms go from 4400-5300. should i just go from 5300? and it stops at 7400 best i can tell. does this mean my rev limiter is going to be 7400? and lastly to do what kyle said do i just highlight and then copy and paste? thanks guys. im embarrassed by my stupidity. thanks for the patience
