Default no start after car dies

having a no spark problem, happen after raced my car all day on the autobahn at about 158mph dataloging, the car dies and threw a Cel after I slow down, replace the igniter, and problem solved for a day, then happened again, so I swapped the internals out from a obd1 accord distributor but it did not work, so now I think I need a new distributor,
I am using Msd ignition with external coil, I swaped it back to stock ignition, but it still did not start, I have 2 known good igniter but no luck

thanks guys! figure out the problem, the msd box keep burning up my igniters, so I guess it either get rid of the box, or upgrade to msd distributor.
