Its a S13 with a fully built KA turbo.

 

I recall finding a website that showed how the 300ZX's ROM was laid out, how to modify it 'by hand'. There was also japanese website I found that let you input the MAF/injectors you were using, then told you what hex to edit for it to work right. I also found some romedit thing, but it was sorta trash.
