I socketed my Infiniti/Nissan ECU and have the Moates Ostrich emulator for real time tuning. I use Tunerpro RT to connect to it. I do this for others with Q45's but I can do the other 8 bit Nissan ECU's as well. Most people just get a set tune on an EPROM but I can also set them up for 2 programs easily. 4 or 8 programs are also doable with a small board to integrate the larger memory chip and some switching components. The 16-bit ECU's require a daughterboard and I have a lot of info to do them but don't have my own daughterboards built, I'd get one from a third party vendor. Nistune is awesome if you have the money but you'll still need to mod your ECU. I think they will do it for you tho.
