by the way the car will not start. its getting fuel and fire and it rotates. could it be the timing? ive had block work done and the timing belt was off one tooth maybe two but ive put an adj cam gear to make up for that how much should i retard the cam gear. im lost and need help

Motor needs fuel, spark and compression to fire...and of course proper timing.

you said it has 450's? Stock ECU? If so then the 450's are probably flooding the motor. Do the spark plugs look wet after trying to crank?

Correct me if im wrong but in order for the ecu to b able to control those 440's he needs some kind of tune....

that is exactly what is happening, the plugs are soaked and fuel puddled on top of pistons. but after that i put the stock inje back in and the same thing happend. what now?

i dont have the funds to change over to obd1 right now so obdo is what i have to work with right now. I just want the damb thing to start so i can enjoy this car not just sit and stare at it everyday.

So, you're now running stock injectors and an FMU? And it's still flooding? What is your fuel pressure at?

no fuel press gauge yet. the fmu has 12:1 disc should it be smaller like 8:1
