ok, my buddy has a itr motor in his crx. right now he is running obd0 with a sir dizzy and ecu (pr3) it runs ok. start up is very rough and vtec engagment is too early. im telling him to convert to obd1 and he will be fine but he wants to stay like it is cause he cant spend the money right now. what do you think i can do to help him make the car run better.

 

Convert to OBD1 and run the proper ITR ECU

PR3 is mapped for different, cams compression and displacement.
