Need help with SAFC settings

I finished to install my D16Z6 8psi 450cc turbo setup, but i have some problems tunning the AFC throttle settings.

I already read the "AFC base settings for 440/450 cc inyectors" article and some others, but on these articles appear settings for VAFC "Nep Hvt and Lvt", "Hvt and Lvt" for Hi and Lo throttle.

The problem are on the SAFC only have Hi/Lo throttle and Ne point, so im not shure if i need to tune only Hi-Throttle with these settings and Lo-throttle with the same.

I need your help because i dont want to broke my new engine.

Here are my settings for Hi and Lo Throttle
1000=-40
2000=-39
3000=-38
4000=-37
5000=-35
6000=-34
7000=-34
8000=-34

and Ne-points 1000 to 8000.

using that it's possible you blown your engine, why do you not use a chipped ecu?

Re: Need help with SAFC settings

Because i live in Mexico and here we dont have Crome, uberdata, etc. Tuners or people who chip ECU´s, so my only way are AFC :(.

Thats the reason i use AFC, and i need your help.

So, which are a good settings for my SAFC?

Re: Need help with SAFC settings

i live in spain and here neither , but uberdata is free like crome too , but you can to get Crome PRO just buying it online , for example, about next week , will arrives my p28 chipped .. you would be to buy a ecu to xenocron or TMTuning for example and give to they exact setup and they would can to make a good bin for you..

after i to read wiki from PGMFI.ORG i not recommed runing with SAFC on your setup for example.. :3 you will run more safe with ecu chipped and a good bin! :y

Re: Need help with SAFC settings

Yes i also read a lot the wiki and i know chipped ECU are the best option, but for now i got SAFC, and my setup are finished, so, the last step to run again my REX and didnt blow my engine are those AFC settings.

And thats the reason i really need those anyone who can tell me which values i must enter to run turboed :y.

Re: Need help with SAFC settings

These settings might be good for just a base to run the 450's, but in order to find out what the settings in boost should be, you really need to check them with a wideband o2 sensor. Everyone's settings are going to be different, especially on afc's. Your high throttle settings are mostly going to be for your boost range, and these numbers are going to be higher than what the formula gives you.

My car are still stoped almost a week because i cant tune the SAFC, and anyone want to show his settings.

I only want someone who show his entire SAFC lo/throttle. hi/throttle and ne-points settings for my setup, so i can get an idea of how settings goes.

Please :'(

high
1000 -37
2000 -37
3000 -37
4000 -40
5000 -40
6000 -40
7000 -32
7500 -32

PLEASE NOTE: This is for MY CAR. every car is different! i run 10psi of boost until 5800 then it goes to 8psi until 6800. my target AF is around 11.0 but when it hits the 8psi is goes down to about 10.5

so I am running a bit rich. once i get my exhaust leak fixed, ill be getting a new wastegate spring and going for a 12.5-12.0 AF. crusing at 65mph i have a solid 14.7-14.8 A/F
