Need help. N/A Frenky VTEC fuel problem

I know that it is not a turbo setup but it is making me crazy so i need help if any one is up for a challenge.
I made a Frenky engine b20 with b16 head. The car runs nice until it hits VTEC, then A/F goes way to rich 10 even high 9/1 A/F.
I changed, sparks, ECU, ignition, used hondata loging, checked every sensor and every thing is OK. FP regulator is OK. I do not know what could be the problem.
Me and my mehanic changed like 90 of the engine and nothing.

Any ideas?

Are you able to change the maps?

You mentioned Hondata, are you using an appropriate map? Id just adjust the high cam maps to where they need to be. Then if it turns out that the high cam fueling is drastically lower than the low cam maps, there's something mechanical going on.
