need help dataloging. xeno cable

i need help with setting up the pc to work with xeno's usb cable....

anyone have a step by step instructions?

on the device manager @ ports (COM & LPT) i got the "usb serial port (com3)" port. but it has a yellow exclamation mark on its icon. and when double click it. in the Device status it says: "windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing (code 39)....

??? ??? ???
