nigwads can you not read
so my friend tried my ecu and it still worked when he put his chip in. maybe my chip is toast? wtf is going on here.
Im thinking dizzy cause the car had done this same problem sporadically in the past but I never thought anything of it. or maybe tps

My old EK had a intermitent CEL and bog. Restart and it was fine. Come to find last week the conversion harness has a loose wire. Moral is to check that ---- bag harness you have. If I remember correctly your cars harness was an abortion at best.

BTW, Q31 controls the EVAP Purge Control Solenoid...---- if you need that, for emissions only if you even bother to hook it up.

Seen lots of them fried when someone plugs the PCS into the wrong sensor...

Lots of things to check...coil, ignitor, plug wire resistance.

Give it the wiggle test. Start the car, let it idle and start wiggling wires around, especially grounds (seems like you have a ground issue) and see where the motor starts acting funny or changes. Then narrow it down if that helps you find anything...

found out yesterday it was just a loose connection to the harness on the 2.5 bar
