is my wideband vx sensor ok??????

it lookes pretty shitty. kinda rusty, and it had, what i thought to be, carbon buildup in the little holes. i cleaned it out with a safety pin, please tell me i didnt ---- it up! my question is, how can i tell if it is still in working condition.

the exhaust path is a pretty hostile environment, you probably didnt F anything up but why would you take a safety pin too it :-\

Put it back in and see if it works...if I had wideband mental telepathy maybe i could connect to your wideband sensor thru the cosmic airwaves and ask it if it was ok, but i cant...sorry :-*

thanks for all the great help! i didnt even know i had it, and i havent had it hooked up yet. i was just wondering if they went bad from rough handling(or being stbbed with a safety pin). i guess i'll just have to buy the DIY kit and put it all together and see if it works.
