at around 5k rpm my car starts to missfire
checked the plugs and they seem ok
all tan colored

could it be bad gas or time to get new plug wires

i think its both as i havent changed the plus wires since i got the car 2 years ago

 

...maybe give us some details on your setup... your fuel management.. so on so forth.

had no prior problems since november

this week for no apparent reason
the car misses while one full boost in 3dr
rearly does it in first and second gear

could it be ignition problems?
plugs look aiiight i use ngk one step colder plugs

 

are the plugs gapped properly? try dropping the gap size by 0.005"
