Maxing out 450s?

Does any body here know what stock tsi talon injectors max out at hp-wise? Im still trying to find a good condition tsi awd talon locally, but i know the first thing im going to do is turn up the boost. Alsn what kind of free tuning is there for dsms? Not sure what obd i will end up getting. Any help is appreciated.

stock pump and injectors are good for about 300 ponies, i'll tell you what i did to my 1st gen tsi to make it run 12's, they can be a blast, but can have some serious drive train issues, the tranny and t-case's are ------- junk, just plan on having a spare tranny and t-case and clutch if you want to have fun with it, any way my 93 tsi went mid 12's at 5000 ft. elevation with these mods:
-evo 3 big 16G turbo
-evo 3 ported 02 housing
-press bent 3" down pipe, no cat, 3" exhaust with flowmaster muffler
-press bent 2 1/2" charge pipes (lower and upper)
-31x8x3" bar and plate FMIC
-hks BOV
-dejon tool intake with k&n filter
-joe P manual boost controller ( 21 psi)
-walbro 255 lph fuel pump
-rc engineering 550 cc injectors
-2nd gen mas air flow meter ( very important mod to avoid fuel cut at high boost levels)
-apex s-afc ( dyno tuned for about 2 hours)
-ACT clutch with 2600 lb. pressure plate

god i kinda miss that car, it was a pristine dark green 93 tsi that had 90k original miles on it when i bought it and did all the mods, the t-case exploded at like 102k miles and the clutch was shot as well, i replaced the clutch with a cheapie from napa and put a new t-case in it, then sold it for $7,500...... :'( should have kept it....

Thats all fine and dandy but isnt worth the paper i wipe my ass on to me right now. I want to know more specificaly how high can i crank the boost before i mod it, because stock boost isnt enough for me and buks live in relatives make more than i do.

Like he said, about 300 hp depending on how much fuel pressure you are running

Here is a good calculator posted over and over all over the place that can help you calculate what size injector you need...

Re: Maxing out 450s?

by the time you hit 15-16 psi of boost with all stock parts, the mas air flow meter will wig the ---- out and you will hit "fuel cut" which is like running into a brick wall at 5500 rpm in every gear, which is ------- worthless, at this point the car wont be making 300 hp and you dont need to worry about the injector capabilitys, rather, you should worry about getting a full 3" exhaust on it, replacing atleast the upper charge piping with some 2 1/2", if not doing all the piping with a FMIC, and most importantly replacing the mas air flow meter with a unit from a 2nd gen that can read enough air flow so you dont hit "fuel cut" at 15 psi, and without exhaust and charge pipes even 15 psi is worthless, and once you have exhaust, charge pipes, and a 2nd gen MAS, you could run 17-18 psi on the stock turbo and still not max out the stock injectors, and once you get past about 18 psi your getting so far out of the turbos efficent range that your wasting your time, so lets recap, unless you are gonna go full blown turbo upgrade, with exhaust, fmic, charge pipes, a fuel pump, new injectors, a 2nd gen MAS, and at least an afc, you dont need to worry about the injectors, now go do some damn research on modding dsm's.... ;)

Oh yeah, i know the stock boost gauge goes to 14 psi but is that also the peak boost ?
