Default MAP sensor question

question (1)

does GM have different kinds/sizes of MAP sensors that look the same ? the one i got looks jst like this one from xenocron. the one in the pic is a 3bar.

question (2)

how do i wire it in to my 97 dx harness ? it has A, B and C wires.
A = black w/ brown
B = green
C = gray

near where the GM logo is stamped

C B A
039 2197
underneath where the plug goes

You don';t have a full part number on your sensor. See the GM PART number on the sensor in the picture you posted? One of those.

The GM 3 bar MAP has a distinctive arraingement of aligning slots on the 3P plug. If the correct pigtail doesn't plug in, you have 1 or 2 BAR swill sensor that should be round filed.
