Default Loss of power

My setup. basically stock d16y7. right now running a lo-cash obd2-1 harness and 95 Ls Ecu.
Problems: When I run my ecu for tuning(P06 with Vtec conversion, moates ostrich and crome) It runs like poop until 4000 rpms then it screams. I did the soldering to the board myself which might be the problem I think.
No problems at all with the LS computer just the P06 setup. Yes I dis engaged VTAK and no I dont have any codes. ANy help will be appreciated. thanks.

Also could be a vacuum leak? Buddy of mines' civic was running like you described above. While checking it out he leaned his weight against the intake manifold to check something and it just kind of rocked back and forth
So he tightened it up, then I called him an idiot
BTW the car actually runs good now. So check for vacuum leak...
