doubt it, that looks to be nothing more than a fancy volt meter (you send it 0-5v from a wideband o2 sensor or something, it displays pretty colors)
The wideband 02 sensor needs a heater control and some logic to translate the signal to a usable signal. xenocron has the lc-1 for a good rate.

I know nothing of that, I suppose I'll need to read up on it for timing though.
There are also some cheaper diy widebands. 14point7 is one of the sponser I noticed has one. (check banners at top of screen) Don't know anything about it. I bought a lc-1 from xeno and it's pretty damn easy to plug in and go.
