---- if I know. Only one of those cars I ever touched was a turbo Y7 with the stock wierdass manifold.

 

It is on the underside of the TB. It will have two hoses connected to it. Remove the hoses and connect them together with a hose splice thing.

I blocked mine off by removing the FITV part, putting a piece of gasket paper b/n the TB and FITV body. Worked well for me.

 

The Y8 doesn't have a FITV as it is OBD2. Only OBD1 TBs had it.
