Lbs to cc conversion

Any body know the conversion, say, what do 19 lbs convert to in cc?

Re:Lbs to cc conversion

cc is a measure of volume wheras lbs are a measure of mass they do not convert unless you say 19lbs of this substance at this density converted to cc, then you could do it. why do you want to know?

Re:Lbs to cc conversion

CC X .0937 = LBS

Re:Lbs to cc conversion

how could you have 1000cubic centimeters of lead and 1000 cubic centimeters of styrofoam weighing the same? that's just beyond physics isn't it? is cc x .0937 = lbs for a certain density? say water? I don't understand

i dont do physics....but thats the conversion...

Re:Lbs to cc conversion

the formula isn't for LBS, its for LBS/in as in injectors. its not a measure off mass but flow.

correct, that was good attempt to act intellegent drew

10.5cc = 1lb. roughly.

Re:Lbs to cc conversion

Whitey is correct..

To get cc/min from lbs/hr you multiply by 10.5
Adversly, to get lbs/hr from cc/min, you would divide by 10.5.

Re:Lbs to cc conversion

ohhh, we're talking about injectors, that's a different story, he just said LBS to CC's not LB/hr to CC/min the former not being possible without more parameters
