Default larger injector + stock ecu NO HACK(boosted ofcourse~7psi)

hey hey

was wondering if above can be done

knowing the ecu is set to rund on ~210cc injectors, if i upgrade to 300cc will it supply enough fuel using standard fuel maps??

ofcourse not thrashing the car!

just a temporary solution to get to exhaust shop then to dyno, so talking couple weeks max

thanks

It would run like ---- and you couldn't boost. The stock ECU is not setup for boost. You will get a CEL when the map sees boost. It will not richen when you boost and your will ---- you motor. you need to read up more on this. Your plan is worthless and will end your motor.

you'd be better off with an fmu and stock injectors than larger injectors and nothing to control them

big injectors and no controll = gas in oil and blown motor, use an fmu i guess, but that aint much better....

I'm gonna have to disagree with that one. What's going to happen when the ECU sees boost? How is the ECU going to know when to add more fuel? It's not just going to start dumping fiuel when you hit boost.

I could only imagine how shitty the car would run in limp mode with 325cc injectors.

if youre not ready to pay for a real engine managment setup of some sort, youre not ready for boost. its that simple. research and come back in 6 months.

Dave, havent you heard the saying, there are no stupid questions, just stupid people?

I'd like to revise that phrase...

There are no stupid questions, just stupid people...and chances are, if you are on an internet car forum, the question has been answered before.

This...is one of those questions...and logically, well...at least now you know so you can rip on someone when you see them post this question later, cuz you know they will
