knocking noise from motor
 
i have a 93 hatchback and last weekend everytime i'd let off the gas the engine would make a knocking noise then it didn't do it for a couple days then last night it did it again. everytime i let off the gas it starts knocking but when i press the brake it stops any ideas what this might be.

stock motor? boosted? N/A?

might be ur heat shield

it's a 94 integra LS swap in my civic CX hatch pretty much everything is stock but a short ram intake. no boost.

something's loose, it has nothing to do with tuning. Just a guess though...

have someone else sits next to u and have THEm listen to it.

prob.ly exhaust stuff..
oh and my block cover is loose that makes knocking noise too
