Knock sensor for D series!!

Has anyone ever tried wiring a d series for a knock sensor? is it possible to run it with the rom or etc. I would really like to know because i'm building a really healthy boosted d16 and i dont want my laptop and a garden hose to tune it with. LOLOL
Any intel let me know, wiring, soldering, programming not an issue! thnx O0
