Default Jason and co. for nobel peace prize

I know it cant just be me but the support and after (sales) service that us TE user`s are getting is unbelievable i`ve dealt with many very big companies who sell very expensive products/equipment and never give as good support as we all get here. i`m not yet running TE in car yet (its still off the road) but am slowly building up knowledge etc so when i do i can ask newbie questions and poss understand the answers i am getting there

anyway to jason and co (you know who you are but i dont)

keep up the fanatstic work
its greatly appreciated

matt

i'm going to play a little advocate here but you can't compare TE to big companies since big companies have too many customer and not enough resources to provide us with comparable service. Nevertheless, TE is the shitnezz so i Jason, he helped me out with all my newbie questions on MSN messenger, i can't wait to hit the dyno this coming saturday.

On top of all that, TE is a 100% profitless opperation. I'm no genious, but I will only trust my hmt to TE and Jasons knowledge. Thanks for the help.

yeah, the dedication is great. It's hard to believe that TE is completely free.

thats my point. over in the u.s. things are a bit different than the u.k. we dont complain enough so our cust service is ----. i`m just amazed at the level of support for a free programme that we get so much use out of. when if you buy a car from a dealer and it breaks we pretty much have to threaten court action to get it repaired under warranty.

thanks to jason and everybody else who produce free programs for the masses.
