you need a jdm code reader, noob.

either that or rewire the code reader to japanese wiring pinout standards on the plug

I may be wrong, but if I recall correctly I believe the 96+ JDM ECUs are not OBD2, they have none of the OBD2 codes.

Jump the service check connector in the pass footwell and treat it like an OBD1 ride.

Kool thanx !! i have been OK to remove all the steady fault code but now i got a 20-21-23 code when i rev the engine past 5 000 rpm.
21- is the vtec spool solenoid, and i don't think i got one on this engine
23- Knock sensor and i don't have on either.

and when the cell light up, the engine is runny bad no more power? can someone point me to something ?

Yes it have the Vtec solenoid but no vtec pressure switch, this is a japan engine and there is no knock sensor on the block!
