Default ITB's tuned with crome?

im doing a little ITB set up until my engine is done being built...would it be possible to just keep my ecu thats in it now and tune it with crome...i know you can tune itb's with TE.....my ecu is already chipped and has a basemap..should i buy another chip or just use the 1 i have and reburn it if possible
